Creating community through inclusion

We work to promote an inclusive workplace that's more engaging and impactful, powering a better future for our clients and our people.

  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

More than 3,000 employees participate in these voluntary, employee-led groups connecting colleagues from traditionally underrepresented groups.

  • Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Councils

Dozens of councils representing employees and financial advisors and representatives give insight into recruitment and retention, education, and engagement.

  • Field Advisory Councils

These groups of financial advisors and representatives help deepen our understanding of group challenges and provide guidance on inclusion efforts.

  • Affinity summits

These summits bring together our women advisors, representatives, and teams, our multicultural communities, and allies to build on experiences, grow careers, and advance our business.
