SLOW COOKER SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
Like most of my favorite recipes, the ingredient list for thiseasy artichoke dip is pretty simple. You’ll need tons of fresh spinach (I prefer fresh to frozen for the best flavor), artichoke hearts, and a few different varieties of cheese.
Dairy is key to this recipe. I use Greek yogurt (you can also use sour cream), reduced fat cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese to make it happen.
Once you have the ingredients gathered, you basically just do a little bit of chopping and then throw it all into the Crockpot and go!
It’s really that easy to make! Toss it in and cross other things off your to-do list if you’re getting ready to entertain! Or just relax while you wait to enjoy some good food! Once the dip is heated through and all of the cheese is melted, it’s ready to serve!
You can serve it with your favorite dippers or offer a variety so everyone is happy! Some of our favorite dippers are garlic bread, pita chips, celery sticks, and baby carrots.

I’m a huge fan of this recipe because of the cream cheese and Greek yogurt. I make it a bit lighter by using the yogurt and reduced fat cream cheese. It’s still as creamy and delicious as when I use regular cream cheese and sour cream.
I love that dairy gives me different options to make our favorite recipes a bit better! We also have great snack options for when we’re not cooking! We get nutrition and great taste!
