"The Oxford School Shooting report describes efforts by the lawyers for Oxford Community Schools and the teachers union to discourage people from cooperating in the investigation.Of the 161 people investigators asked to interview, 70 refused or did not respond, including most of the shooter’s former teachers and several critical witnesses to the shooting. Both employees who met with the shooter hours before the incident did not cooperate."----------More than a year later, there is no official report on the school shooting at CVPA High School where a former student had an AR-15 and 600 rounds of ammo.18 months later, there is no official report on the school shooting at Robb Elementary.20 months later, there is no official report detailing the plan or motive of the man with 6 rifles and 1,000 rounds of ammo who fired 240 shots at the Edmund Burke School.How can we prevent future school shootings when the details of the attacks that happen are hidden and recommendations/corrective actions aren't shared with other schools and police departments across the country?https://lnkd.in/eUYvvAhU

Again. LEAKAGE! Two constants in school shootings. 1) They have a gun2) They leak their intentions prior to carrying out the attacks. From a federal government level, what's easier to address on a national level? Controlling 600 million firearms, or holding social media companies more responsible to stop an attack? I see one of those two options possibly taking place in my lifetime. Don't worry, we will continue gardening facilities on the local level. They have invested $Billions in algorithms to market, track and censor the end user... but they can't lift a finger to report an imminent threat to local law enforcement when they have the information and GPS location of the shooter. Perhaps the financial benefits these so called "companies" receive with clicks, is more beneficial to them if they are carried out, rather than stopped.This needs to be addressed. Students arriving to school armed is becoming all too common in our schools. Two students were arrested within days of one another with guns in Prince George's County schools with #weaponsdetection systems. Both #students entered the schools through a side door opened by another student, according to a letter sent home to #parents.
