Dear Flipkart and Ekart,with reference to my Order ID - OD329402154863541100, dated 13 Oct, 2023, I am writing this post, I am very much disappointed for your logistics service. Against to the mentioned Order ID the delivery was scheduled on 20th Oct, 2023 but it was postponed and rescheduled on 22nd Oct, 2023 but unfortunately not delivered yet.Order was accepted and confirmed on 13th October, 2023 but till date shipment is not delivered. This long delay is causing inconvenience because the item in the order were a priority one, and as you promised on-time delivery, I agreed to proceed with advance transaction.Just taking order and not delivered on time, is this good practice?? is this a way to treat a plus member customer??This type of silly things are not acceptable because you are charging the logistics cost. resolve this issue ASAP, on priority.#flipkart #ekart

After posting the issue here, flipkart responded to my concern and taking all responses refunded the amount.Thanks to Flipkart Support & Flipkart.But my experience with Bajaj Electricals Ltd has been pathetic.They again wasted my 3-4 days repeating all the process and taking updates over call and WhatsApp.When found that issue was with the product, it's representative from Lucknow branch became silent and no response since then or any followup call.All this process took-Over 30K+ reach on my linked in post (I have creator account it shows all stats).1 week of follow up calls.Dealing repeated & Pathetic service response from Bajaj Electricals Ltd.Outcome:Social media worksIf you don't raise concern in public, no one will hear even if you are truthful.Don't buy anything from Bajaj, if your product is faulty then forget service and support.keep spreading awareness.

Flipkart Kalyan KrishnamurthyAmitesh Jha There are many thiefs working in Ekart Logistics, who will even steal products from courier return and @flipkart reject such claims of sellers on xyz grounds. Recent case OD328912142529305400, the return package was opened by someone and stole our high value solar garden light and put inside a cheap quality flood light. I lost Rs 4500/-. During last 7-8 months, I lost 70-80k on such cheating cases and Flipkart did not took any action to identify thiefs in their system.
